Search with the page header or select a point on the map. The result panel shows the evidence for that exact location.
What the map measures
The map measures straight-line access to groceries, restaurants, transit, healthcare, education, parks, shopping, and entertainment. Nearby places add more value than distant places.
Select a point to see its category scores. Use those details to find missing services and compare locations with the same method.
What the map does not measure
- Sidewalk condition, crossings, lighting, or traffic speed.
- Walking routes, hills, rivers, rail lines, or other barriers.
- Crime, personal safety, accessibility, or comfort.
- Transit frequency, opening hours, or service quality.
Use the score as an amenity filter. Inspect the route and local conditions before you choose a home, school, or workplace.
